Christine, the founder of Brilliant Behavioural Consultancy, is a highly experienced BCBA who has been supporting children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental needs since 2007, bringing over 17 years of experience to her work.
She has worked across Australia, Hong Kong, and England in a variety of settings, giving her a well-rounded and practical understanding of how to support children in different educational and cultural contexts. Christine has experience working in both special education schools and mainstream school environments — helping children of all abilities to feel included, supported, and successful.
With a background in hearing and speech from her undergraduate studies, Christine has a strong focus on communication development. She is highly skilled in setting and achieving meaningful communication goals for children, whether they are developing early language, using alternative communication methods, or building social interaction skills.
Christine has extensive experience in assessing children, developing Individualised Educational Plans (IEPs), designing personalised curricula, and supervising therapy programmes. She is also passionate about equipping parents, teachers, and therapists with the tools and confidence they need to support each child’s progress.
At the heart of Christine’s approach is a deep belief that every child deserves to be seen, heard, and supported — just as they are. She understands that every small step is a big victory, and that with the right guidance, children with additional needs can build confidence, independence, and a brighter future.
